By using Tripmedics, you agree to the following terms.

What Tripmedics is

Tripmedics is an Electronic Pharmacy Aggregator platform. We connect you with independently licensed partner pharmacies; we do not dispense or hold medicines ourselves. Each partner pharmacy is responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the products it lists and dispenses.

Orders and prescriptions

You must provide accurate delivery and contact information. Prescription-required medicines require a valid prescription upload before an order can be fulfilled.

Pricing and payment

Prices are set by each partner pharmacy and shown before checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by an independent third-party delivery partner. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Cancellations and refunds

Orders cancelled before pharmacy confirmation are eligible for a full refund. Refund eligibility after confirmation depends on order status — contact us for assistance.

Limitation of liability

Tripmedics facilitates connections between patients and pharmacies but is not liable for dispensing errors, product quality, or delays caused by partner pharmacies or delivery partners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Tripmedics constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
