What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone number), delivery address, order history, and — where relevant to a prescription-required medicine — prescription documents you choose to upload.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, communicate order updates, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.

Prescription and health data — our break-glass model

Prescription and related medical information is encrypted by default. Tripmedics does not have routine access to this data. Access is only granted in response to a validated legal request, and where possible, you will be notified before any such access occurs.

Who we share data with

The partner pharmacy fulfilling your order, our payment processing partner, and our delivery partner — only to the extent necessary to complete your order.

Your rights

Data retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
